Orders are fulfilled by the business you ordered from; for a refund or a change, contact that business, or ask your assistant to change or cancel the order. Service health is at /status.

Security

To report a vulnerability or a security concern, email [email protected] with "Security" in the subject. Please give us reasonable time to fix a problem before you disclose it, and do not access other people's data or disrupt the service while testing. Incidents

If we confirm a security incident that affects a business's data, we notify the affected businesses within 48 hours of confirming it, by email to their owners, with what happened, what data was involved, and what we are doing about it. Where a platform we work with requires notice (for example Muse), we notify it within its required time.
